Out of the Shadows is the first in a line of three games between Activision/Nickelodeon. Developed by Red Fly Studios, this looks to be a much more realistic TMNT game. It will feature 4 player-online co-op. Due out this summer for XBLA, PSN and Steam.
Shout! Factory sets a release date for, the first volume of Next Mutation for September 4th, 2012. It is not know at this time if the episodes will be uncut/unedited. However given how much love and care Shout puts into their releases, I am willing to bet they will do everything within their power to make sure they are.

Lionsgate has released the final box for Season 10. It has also been revealed that the missing three episodes Once Upon a Time Machine and Planet of the Turtleoids 1&2 will finally be released on DVD as bonus episodes. The final set is due to be released on August 14th. Cowabunga!
Lionsgate Entertainment has announced that they plan to release Season 10 on August 14th, 2012. It will contain the final 8 episodes. The set will be a single disc release, and will include interviews with select animators that worked on the series. No word if this will be the last set that Lionsgate releases. There have been several questions as to why, Once Upon a Time Machine and Planet of the Turtleoids Part 1 and 2 have yet to be released on DVD. Hopefully they will be released some time in the future.
Shout! Factory has signed a multiyear deal with Saban Entertainment, it allows Shout! exclusive DVD release rights for Saban shows. It is mainly for all 700+ episodes of Power Rangers, but also includes TMNT the Next Mutation. As of right now this could be Shouts! first TMNT release. There is a possibility that Shout! could also release the 2K3 series down the road. No release date is known at this time for NM, but could be out some time this year.
