Despite Tokka’s atrocious scent, in March ..Tokka and his pals at **Cowabunga Corner were given a unique chance to meet up with famous author and illustrator of Mouse Guard / TMNT-Micro series main cover artist *** David Petersen !!

 

C.C. was there for an  interview with Mouse Guard’s creator and we did get see some original TMNT & non work for IDW’s Micro’s. Also included in David’s portfolio was his original work for the Splinter Micro one-shot due this summer & the yet to be released Casey Jones one-shot art. Unfortunately we were not allowed to photograph in any way the kick – a$$ raw Casey art. PHOOEY !!

Still, visiting with David was incredibly intriguing and informative !!

Known for his nosedive attack technique, Needlenose can be ridden piggyback while swooping into battle. Hone in on the target with his Air Raid Radar, launch his Bee-seeking missiles, blast away with the Gatlin’ Gun, grab the enemy with his articulated arms or just bite the Foot Clan between the fingers, where it really itches.
