TMNT #3 (IDW) – Variant Covers

Here’s the info. on the variants for TMNT #3 from IDW.  I’ll be updating this (and the other IDW cover posts) as I receive new info. or pictures.  Available on October 26, 2011.

  • Cover A (Dan Duncan) – regular cover shipped in a 4:1 ratio (A, B) when ordered (i.e., if you ordered only 1 copy of #1 you would get Cover A; if you order 4 copies of #1 you can then purchase one copy of Cover B)
  • Cover B (Kevin Eastman) – regular cover shipped in a 4:1 ratio (A, B) when ordered (i.e., you must order 4 copies of #1 so you can then purchase one copy of Cover B)
  • Cover C (Kevin Eastman sketch) – 10 copy incentive (i.e., order 8 copies of Cover A and 2 copies of Cover B and this one is free)
  • Cover D (Fred Hembeck) – 25 copy incentive (i.e., order 20 copies of Cover A and 5 copies of Cover B and this one is free)
  • Cover E (Peter Laird?) – Jetpack Comics Exclusive Variant; available for purchase from Jetpack Comics
  • Cover F (Brian Shearer) – VA Comicon Exclusive Variant; available for purchase only at the VA Comicon, Oct. 29-30 in Richmond, VA

Here’s the info. on the variants for the TMNT Micro Series #1 Michelangelo from IDW.  Available on December 14, 2011.

  • Cover A (David Peterson) – regular cover shipped in a 4:1 ratio (A, B) when ordered (i.e., if you ordered only 1 copy of #1 you would get Cover A; if you order 4 copies of #1 you can then purchase one copy of Cover B)
  • Cover B (Chris Madden) – regular cover shipped in a 4:1 ratio (A, B) when ordered (i.e., you must order 4 copies of #1 so you can then purchase one copy of Cover B)
