The turtle news is just coming out of the woodwork lately. Toyark.com has posted some incredible pictures of still shots of tv footage, as well as more character images and pics of upcoming action figures.

The CGI work is fantastic, from skin freckles to the fabric weave of the boys masks. And we also get a picture of what Shredder’s going to look like in his armored glory. You absolutely must check these out…

–>> The LCD display has a complex dynamic with the same graphics shared by different characters & different moments of attack and movement during any moment of game-play ( like most LCD handhelds ).

Shredder, Dragon Lord, the Foot & Rank Soldiers, Venus, & the Turtles share the same graphic with slight alterations to the graphic depending on which character you choose, who you are fighting, and what is happening during play.

Only the obstacles, power-ups, weapons, bikes, Hummer ( The Mutant Marauder ), Splinter, Bonesteel, city, and portal are specific to certain levels.

Rotating between side-scroller levels and the Hummer driving levels.. the programing on the little device is pretty complex when you think about it.

And actually, the noisy little game itself is $%@#’n hard ! !
