It is none other than the world famous Ken Mitchroney! Crazy right? I just found out too!
Ken was responsible for the art in a bucket load of the Archie TMNT Adventures comics before Chris Alan took over. If you have never checked out his work, you definately should. He is a deadly talented artist, and a very dear friend. Happy birthday buddy!
