** WORKIN’ FANS’ UPDATE :: WALMART exclusive RISE OF THE TURTLES DVD, ect. **

–>> Keeping it short n’ sweet as far as this weeks releases ::
Renewed for a 3rd season; Nick’s “RISE OF THE TURTLES” DVD release has hit stores & marks the first volume of the 5 episodes ( 6 if you count the 1st episode 2-parter ) that made up the premier weeks of the show’s introduction late last year.
..the coolest feature on the DVD is 6 “MAKING OF” anamatics, with cool transitions from the animated storyboard art and raw animation to the “final product” animation. Really well done !! !!

Workin’ Fans’ Update :: Flingers & Ooze TMNT on pegs, pre-TOY FAIR surprises & Michael Bay

–>> Past several days, the REAL wave two & next set of deluxe figs of Nick’s TMNT have been hitting some stores slowly across North America .. and on **ebay. Again, Tokka’s gona gently plead to use common sense and wait out the ridiculous prices some are charging on the ‘bay, unless your back is entirely against the wall or just so desperate for newest figs and money isn’t much an issue. Prices will stabilize once they hit brick and mortar stores and other online vendors like the good ol’ **BBTS.
But i know how it is, ya gotta do whatcha gotta do i guess. :/
Looking carefully, and as yet unconfirmed ( Tokk just doesn’t get to do forum hoppin’ like he used to. UGH !! ~~ ** ) ..the Ooze line of teens may have removable noggins like their wave 1 counterparts.
If that’s the case, theory would lead one to believe you could swap the heads out if you wanted to make your Wave 1 TMNTs a little bit more show accurate than their initial sculpts.
Now, according to ** TOYARK & Hurrijak of T-drome here’s a nice breakdown of what’s to come in plastron-plastic form and a few spoilers actually for the rest of season 1 ::

A second version of Splinter and Saki on the docket gives hope for better sculpted & design versions of the Turtles’ essential supporting cast than their somewhat disappointing wave 1 entries.
Early design influences prompted the figures’ off looks last year i’m sure so let’s hope things shape up at least just a little bit better in ’13.

The Madcap Martial Artist, Actor, Instructor , Choreographer, n’ stuntman ( ect. ) has taken on new the task as comic book writer with none-other than **Jim Lawson of coarse.. as he continues to face his biggest challenge : Fatherhood !!
Still Turtles are a major part and influence in Keno & his Family’s life.. not just as a TMNT fan-favorite and alumni of the Teens’ classic film cast.
That spirit is especially his brother, fellow artist/actor & filmaker ** Santino Ramos.. crazy mad fan since childhood !! !!
Early on in 2009, during TMNT-25 celebrations Ernie was brought in for the Movie to help the Foot Clan look out for new martial arts actors to play Foot Ninja in the new film.
Ernie was so excited at the prospect being of being involved in the Ninja Turtles Reboot he made a surprise appearance at 2009’s San Diego Comic-Con & the Movie’s Panel to make a passionate plea for his case & for Keno & Ernie’s involvement in the new film to Scott Mednick,Galen Walker , Kevin Eastman & Mirage’s Gary Richardson !!
He even stuck around to celebrate the release of the animated Turtles Forever with the Mirage Staff & fellow comic writers Tristan Jones and Andrew Modeen ( ..and umm.. the Rat King )!!
